Anil Kapoor was in a mood to entertain his fans on his recent trip to Kanpur. In the city to promote his latest film "Tezz", Anil said, "Yahan ka sound system kuchh dheela hai kuchh zordaar hona chahiye tha.
Arre band karo isse. Ab main gana gaun ya dance karun aap logo ke liye?" he questioned the fans who had gathered in hundreds at the mall where Kapoor made an appearance.. On their demand, Anil sang his hit song from the film "Ram Lakhan", "Aye Ji O Ji Lo Ji Suno Ji". At this the crowd went berserk and out came the phones to record the superstar's voice

Despite statements like these, Mallika Sherawatis gearing up for her singing debut!

Who knew Mallika Sherawat could sing? The actress will unleash her singing "talent" in an upcoming film alongside Sonu Sood, thanks to composer Santokh Singh Dhaliwal.

"Not many know that she has a good voice," says Dhaliwal. "I've worked with her in Kismat Love Paisa Dilli and she has a good understanding of music. She loves the Haryanvi flavour of the tracks in my next, Lucky Unlucky."

Mallika admits, "The only thing I'm worried about is people being unable to tolerate my Haryanvi accent! I am not the singing type...I don't even sing in my shower! But I love music so I'm doing this. I will only sing for my own films and look forward to recording the song in the studio." Erm, ok.
