Cowell is understandably eager to land a "name" as a new judge, a la Christina Aguilera in The Voice, in the hopes of juicing ratings. But despite a $10 million payday, Spears has reportedly rejected the offer (she might change her mind for $20 million) and is instead mulling a Celine Dion-esque stint in Vegas.
